- API changes
Please note: at the bottom of this article you will find important changes to the API (V3) for users who have developed their own integration with FortesMilestones. These changes do not apply to the standard integration with the financial administration, but apply exclusively to custom integrations.
Responsible manager at customer company
The field Responsible manager has been added to the Customers page. The field is hidden by default, but you can add it as a column via the page preferences. You can set, view, and include the responsible manager in the import and export of customer data.
Available total on the planning
When using the %Available% cell format on the planning page and grouping by employee, the total at the top of the planning grid now shows the available time instead of the planned hours. This ensures consistency between the total and the values displayed per employee.
Rolling back invoice lines for partially transferred invoices
The invoice rollback has been improved for invoices that contain both transferred and regular invoice lines. Previously, the rollback could be blocked as soon as an invoice line had been transferred to another invoice. The rollback now works partially: regular invoice lines are rolled back, while transferred lines remain unchanged.
Project state visible on invoice lines
The Project state column is now available on an invoice proposal. This gives you immediate visibility of the project state per invoice line, without having to open the related project.
