Filter task shifting by date range
When shifting tasks, you can now specify a date range using the new Filter planning option. Only tasks within this range are shifted; tasks outside the range remain unchanged. If you leave one of the date fields empty, the task's start or end date is used instead. By default, both fields are empty, meaning all tasks are shifted.
Keep the following rules in mind:
- Recurring tasks and tasks with a fixed start date cannot be shifted.
- You can select multiple tasks at once, but only if they are of the same type (Day, Week, or Month).
- Existing tasks in the target shift range are removed.
- A start time on a task is preserved after shifting.
- Dependent tasks are only shifted when no date range is specified.
Updated pages: invoicing progress and production
The migration of the user interface to the new Angular version continues. In this release, the following pages and popups have been updated:
- Invoicing progress – detail popup: the popup that opens when you click an amount on the Invoicing progress page has been migrated to the new interface.
- Production page: the full page and its associated popups have been updated. The grouping panel is now opened via a Group by drop-down list instead of a button above the grid. Quantities and tooltips with amounts per currency are still available. By default, the grouping panel is sorted by name, with the group without a customer, employee, or item at the top.
- Time/expense entry detail popup: the popup has been redesigned and shows more properties than before. There is now also a tab for editing notes.
- Installment/advance detail popup: this popup has also been redesigned to show more properties. It remains read-only, as before.
View change history in the application
You can now view the change history of time/expense entries and invoices directly in the application. Previously, you had to contact the support team for this information. It is available via the Log icon on the detail of a time/expense entry or an invoice. Double-click a specific change (or right-click – Show details) to see which fields were modified.
This functionality is linked to the View entity changes permission. This permission grants view access to all fields, even if you do not normally have access to a specific field (such as viewing sales rates on production).
Project category in the planning page header
On the planning page, you can now use variables for the project category and the project customer group in the settings for the project header format and the project/budget header format. This allows you to further customise how projects are displayed on the planning page to match your needs.
Sessions expire after password change
When you change your password, other active sessions (for example in another browser or on another device) are now automatically signed out. This happens within a few minutes. API integrations that use a token linked to your account are also invalidated; a new OAuth authentication is required before these integrations will work again. The session in the browser where you changed your password remains active.
Default columns invoicing progress (zoomed in)
The default set of columns in the invoicing progress detail popup — which opens when you click an amount — has been updated. The popup now shows a revised column selection as its initial view.
