This release includes two improvements to the Planning page. You can now specify a start time when importing day tasks, and when creating a recurring task you can set a default start time per day of the week.
Changes
- Set start time when importing day tasks
- Start times per weekday for recurring tasks
Set start time when importing day tasks
When importing day tasks on the Planning page, you can now also specify a start time. The notation in the import file is: the number of hours, followed by a
| (pipe character) and then the start time.Example:
8|10:45 imports 8 hours with a start time of 10:45.After importing, the start time is shown in the tooltip on the planning cell for the relevant employee and project. The import template (Excel file) includes an explanation of this format in the comment on the date column header.
Start times per weekday for recurring tasks
In the window for creating a recurring task (type: weekly), fields have been added for the start time per day of the week. The configured start times are used as the default value for new planning lines created based on this recurring task.
