The report ‘Productivity per employee (amounts)' shows the productivity per employee in amounts. You can filter on the following parameters:
- Employee
- Employee is active
- From
- Until
The report is divided in the following columns:
Productive: The amount is calculated as follows:
- Entered hours that are productive, but not billable * Rate connected with the hour entry. If the hour entry doesn't contain any rate information, then the item rate will be used.
% (Productive): The percentage is calculated as follows:
- Productive entered hours / total amount of entered hours
Billable: The amount is calculated as follows:
- Entered billable hours * Rate connected to the hour entry. If the hour entry doesn't contain any rate information, then the item rate will be used.
% (Billable): The percentage is calculated as follows:
- Billable entered hours / total amount of entered hours
Non-productive: The percentage is calculated as follows:
- Non-productive entered hours * Rate connected to the hour entry. If the hour entry doesn't contain any rate information, then the item rate will be used.
% (Non-productive): The percentage is calculated as follows:
- Non-productive entered hours / total amount of entered hours
Total: This amount is calculated as follows:
- Productive + Billable + Non-productive
Non-productive hours are hours that are not billable and not productive, for example holidays or sick leave.
The report is grouped on currency, in alphabetical order. The report is being sorted on department (alphabetically) and employee (employee name).
