Productivity per employee

This report gives insight in the productivity per employee; this means that the report gives an overview of billable, productive and non-productive hours per employee.

Billable hours are those hours that can be invoiced, productive hours are hours that are productive, but cannot be invoiced. These include supporting work for which we cannot invoice the customer. Non-productive hours are hours that are not productive and not billable either, like hours on leave or absent hours.

The report groups per department and you can filter on department, department manager, employee and time period. When you expand the filter screen, you can additionally filter on the following fields:

Account manager

Customer category

Customer is active

Project

Project Manager

Project category

Project is active

Employee is active

Item main group

Item group

Item

Item is active

Cost center

The report includes the following columns:

Employee

Employee

Productive

Number of productive hours

%

Percentage of productive hours. This is the percentage of productive hours of the total number of scheduled hours for the employee

Billable

Number of billable hours

%

Percentage of billable hours. This is the percentage of billable hours of the total number of scheduled hours for the employee

Non-productive

Number of non-productive hours

%

Percentage of non-productive hours This is the percentage of non-productive hours of the total number of scheduled hours for the employee

Total

The total number of hours that the employee has worked in the selected time period.

Totals are added at department level and at total level
