This report gives insight in the productivity per employee; this means that the report gives an overview of billable, productive and non-productive hours per employee.
Billable hours are those hours that can be invoiced, productive hours are hours that are productive, but cannot be invoiced. These include supporting work for which we cannot invoice the customer. Non-productive hours are hours that are not productive and not billable either, like hours on leave or absent hours.
The report groups per department and you can filter on department, department manager, employee and time period. When you expand the filter screen, you can additionally filter on the following fields:

The report includes the following columns:
