This report includes an overview of realized hours and amounts, set out against budgeted hours and amounts. For the hours the report looks at the hours entered in the project and the number of hours that you budgeted for the project. For the amounts, the report looks at the limit you set for the amount to be invoiced and the amount that actually has been invoiced.
When you open this report, you can filter on customer, project, project manager, etc.
This is an easy way to generate an overview of all the projects of a customer or of a project manager.
When in the start screen you click ‘More parameter’ the screen will expand, giving you even more filtering options.
Now you can filter on the following fields:
Customer
Account manager
Customer category
Customer is active
Project
Project Manager
Project category
Project is active
Cost centre
After applying the desired filters, click ‘Open’ to open the report.
The report includes the following columns:
Budget hours |
This column shows the total number of budgeted hours for the selected project. This is the number of hours that you entered in project configuration under ‘Project budget’ in the ‘Time written is limited by X hours’ field. |
Time spent |
This is the number of hours that has actually been entered into the project. Right after they have been entered, the hours appear in the report; they do not need to be approved first. |
Hours difference |
Here you see the difference between the budgeted hours and the entered hours. |
Budget amount |
This column shows the budgeted amount. This is the amount that you entered in project configuration under ‘Project budget’ in the ‘Invoiced amount is limited to’ field |
Amount spent |
Here you see the amount that has actually been spent on the project. This is the amount that has been invoiced. |
Amount difference |
This column shows you the difference between the budgeted amount and the actually invoiced amount. |
